AceTrader 100 Official Rules
THIS IS A COMPETITION OF SKILL. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY MONEY WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR WHERE REGISTRATION OR BONDING REQUIRED. THIS COMPETITION IS SUBJECT TO ALL NATIONAL, FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS. ONLINE ENTRY ONLY AND INTERNET CONNECTION REQUIRED.
These are the Official Rules (“Official Rules”) that govern your participation in the AceTrader 100 Competition (“Competition”). Participation in the Competition constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules as well as the AceTrader Platform Term of Use located at https://app.acetrader.com/docs/terms.pdf (“AceTrader ToU”), which is hereby incorporated into these Official Rules by this reference, so it is important that you read and understand them prior to participating in the Competition. Capitalised terms used herein have the meanings given to them in either these Official Rules or AceTrader ToU, as applicable. To the extent there is a conflict between these Official Rules and the AceTrader ToU, these Official Rules will govern.
Introduction
The sponsor of this Competition is AceTrader (“AceTrader”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and the Competition is hosted on the AceTrader Platform (https://acetrader.com).
Eligibility
The Competition is open to individuals to participate only if
You are aged at least eighteen (18) years’ old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever higher, and have the full right, power, and authority to enter into and comply with these Official Rules;
You are an Eligible Person under the AceTrader ToU;
You have successfully completed and passed our KYC verification as may be required; and
You satisfy any other requirements or criteria as specified on the AceTrader Website from time to time.
Each participant (“you”) must complete the required registration steps and establish an Account for AceTrader according to the AceTrader ToU.
Duplicate, falsified, or automated (bot) registrations are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
Employees, partners, or agents of AceTrader and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes.
3. Competition Overview
The Competition consists of three stages. The detailed rules and mechanics for each stage are published on the official AceTrader 100 competition website and may be updated from time to time, participants are responsible for reviewing the website for the most up-to-date information relating to each stage.
Stage 1 – Open Qualifiers
Period: January 19, 2026 - January 25, 2026
Open to anyone who is on a free trial or Subscription Plan during this period.
Two pools:
Free Trial Pool (Rankings are based on realized PnL. Trade with a $10K capital and 2 free resets.); and
Subscriber Pool (Rankings are based on ROI%. Trade with the subscribed plan. Capital and resets follow the subscribed plan).
Top 100 Advance in total, (80 from Open Qualifiers and 20 from invited Elite Traders).
Eligibility Targets, MLL Rule, and Trading Rules under AceTrader ToU apply.
MLL violations will lead to removal from leaderboard.
Subscription Status:
To be eligible for ranking and advancement in Stage 1 (Open Qualifiers), your AceTrader account must maintain an active subscription throughout the Stage 1 competition period.
If your subscription expires or is canceled at any time during Stage 1, your account will be removed from the leaderboard and your trading results will be reset.
If you upgrade from the Free Trial Pool to a subscribed plan during Stage 1, your challenge will reset and you will be moved to the Subscriber Pool. Results from your previous pool will not carry over.
Stage 2 – The Showdown
Period: January 29, 2026 - February 3, 2026
100 participants from Stage 1 compete in a simulated trading event under real market conditions.
Multiple rounds of competition with special rules to test each participant’s abilities in different areas.
Other special rules may apply (e.g. BTC‑only, memecoins only, long‑only rounds).
No livestream; Leaderboard automatically tracks performance.
Top 8 Advance in total to the final stage.
Stage 3: Championship
Period: February 6, 2026 - February 7, 2026
8 finalists compete in a live 1-on-1 knockout tournament with live streaming broadcast on AceTrader’s YouTube and X channels.
Quarter Finals → Semi Finals → Grand Final to determine the Champion.
Approximate trading times and rounds are published on the official AceTrader 100 competition website.
4. Prize and Allocations
Champion (1st Place): The Champion will be eligible to participate in a real trading fund arrangement (the “Trading Fund”), subject to AceTrader’s approval, the Champion’s completion of all KYC verification, and the Champion’s execution of a separate AceTrader 100 Trading Fund Agreement (“Agreement”).
THE TRADING FUND IS NOT AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A CASH PRIZE. AceTrader shall, at its sole discretion, allocate and connect the Trading Fund to the Champion on an approved, specific third-party trading platform. For the avoidance of doubt, AceTrader shall retain sole ownership of the Trading Fund at all times.
To receiving any access to or participating in the Trading Fund, the Champion must:Successfully complete all KYC verification and eligibility requirements applicable to the Trading Fund Program, as set out in AceTrader ToU;
Expressly agree to and comply with AceTrader ToU applicable to the Trading Fund Program, including, without limitation, provisions relating to payout structure, risk parameters, and profit-split ratios; and
Execute the Agreement within the timeframe as specified by AceTrader.
Failure to satisfy any of the above conditions shall result in the Champion being deemed to have forfeited (a) any eligibility to the Trading Fund and (b) the Champion title, without compensation or liability to AceTrader. In such an event, AceTrader reserves the sole and absolute right, at its discretion, to elect, designate, or select an alternative participant as the Champion, or to otherwise determine the disposition of the Trading Fund, without the need for further justification or explanation.
Upon execution of the Agreement and satisfaction of all applicable requirements, the Champion shall be granted only a limited, revocable, and non-transferable mandate to manage trading activities using the Trading Fund on behalf of AceTrader, strictly in accordance with these Official Rules, AceTrader ToU, and the Agreement. Such mandate shall not be construed as any transfer, assignment, or conveyance of ownership, beneficial interest, or proprietary rights in the Trading Fund to the Champion.
2nd – 3rd Place: Entitle to Subscription Plan upgrades and $MEME/USDT rewards.
Additional community, promotional, or sponsor-provided rewards may be announced, modified, or granted during the event at AceTrader’s discretion.
All prizes and rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other consideration. AceTrader reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute, modify, or amend any reward in whole or in part, including its nature or value, where required due to availability, operational, or other legitimate reasons.
5. Competition Rules and Conduct
All trading activities shall be conducted exclusively within AceTrader’s Paper Trading environment, which reflects real-time or simulated real-market data. Participants must comply at all times with AceTrader ToU and any applicable rules and guidelines.
Any attempt to manipulate the platform, exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs, engage in coordinated activity, collusion, or any other conduct deemed abusive, misleading, or unfair shall constitute grounds for immediate disqualification, at AceTrader’s sole discretion.
AceTrader reserves the right to verify trading performance data, monitor trading activity, and audit participant accounts at any time to ensure compliance with these Official Rules and applicable policies.
6. Screening and Security
All eligible participants are recommended to link a valid email address and must connect an EVM-compatible wallet for the purposes of participation, fraud prevention, and bot-detection.
AceTrader reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to require additional identity, security, or eligibility verification, including additional KYC verification, prior to awarding any prize, and to withhold or revoke such prize pending successful verification.
7. Livestream and Media Rights
By participating in the Competition, each participant irrevocably grants AceTrader a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, display, broadcast, transmit, record, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, and otherwise exploit the participant’s name, username, likeness, image, voice, biographical information, and trading activity or footage (including screen recordings and performance data) in connection with the Competition.
Such rights may be exercised in any media format or channel, whether now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to livestreams, recordings, promotional materials, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and broadcasts on platforms owned, operated, or partnered with AceTrader.
AceTrader may record, edit, modify, combine, and create derivative works from any Competition-related content, in whole or in part, and may use such content with or without attribution, without further notice, approval, or compensation to the participant.
Participants acknowledge and agree that (i) Participation may be publicly livestreamed or broadcast; (ii) Competition-related content may remain publicly available; and (iii) No intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights are infringed by AceTrader’s permitted use under this clause.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, participants waive any right to inspect or approve the final content and release AceTrader from any claims arising out of or relating to the use of such content, including claims for defamation, infringement of publicity rights, or invasion of privacy.
8. Audience Games and Rewards
Any interactive features, games, or audience participation mechanics are provided solely for entertainment and engagement purposes only and do not form part of the Competition or results.
Any rewards, incentives, or benefits made available to viewers or participants in connection with such interactive features shall be distributed in accordance with AceTrader’s fair-play policies and applicable random or discretionary selection mechanisms, as determined by AceTrader. All determinations by AceTrader in relation to audience games and rewards shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
9. Disqualification Criteria
AceTrader reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant, immediately and without prior notice, who:
Violates these Official Rules, AceTrader ToU, or any applicable rules;
Engages in any dishonest, deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive conduct;
fails to complete, maintain, or provide accurate required registration, verification, or eligibility information; or
Engages in any conduct that, in AceTrader’s reasonable opinion, is harmful, disruptive, or detrimental to AceTrader’s platform, brand, reputation, or community, whether occurring during or in connection with the Competition.
Disqualification may result in the forfeiture of any ranking, title, reward, or prize, and AceTrader’s decision in all such matters shall be final and binding.
10. Data Privacy
Your participation in the Competition and the use of AceTrader is subject to AceTrader’s Privacy Policy located at https://app.acetrader.com/docs/privacy.pdf (“Privacy Policy”). By participating in the Competition, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information in accordance with such Privacy Policy.
11. Liability Disclaimer
The Competition is provided by AceTrader “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. AceTrader does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free access to the platform, Competition features, or any associated livestreams or broadcasts.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AceTrader shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or interruption arising out of or in connection with technical malfunctions, system errors, network failures, third-party service disruptions, or inaccuracies in external market data.
By accepting any reward, benefit, or trading fund allocation, participants acknowledge and agree that any future real or simulated trading activity involves inherent risk, and that all trading performance, outcomes, gains, or losses occur at the participant’s own risk, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

12. No Investment Advice; No Guaranteed Returns or Prizes
Nothing in the Competition constitutes investment, financial, or trading advice. Any trading activity, content, or performance shown is for informational or entertainment purposes only.
Participation does not guarantee any profit, return, prize, reward, or Trading Fund. Past or simulated performance is not indicative of future results, and all trading activity involves risk and is undertaken at the participant’s own responsibility.
13. Amendment and Cancellation
AceTrader reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel the Competition if technical or operational circumstances require it.
Participants will be notified through official channels of any major changes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands.
